1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2. DEFINITIONS OF TERMS

3. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

3.1.2. This Agreement applies to all existing and future services of the Site.

4. RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES

4.1.3. Refuse registration without explanation.
4.2. The User has the right to:

4.2.3. Use the Site for lawful purposes as stipulated by this Agreement.
4.2.4. Copy information from the Site with proper attribution.
4.2.5. Request that the administration hide any personal information.
4.2.6. Use information on the Site for commercial purposes only with prior consent.
4.2.7. Access the Site after complying with registration requirements.
4.3. The User undertakes to:
4.3.1. Provide additional information requested by the Site Administration that is related to the services provided.
4.3.2. Respect the rights of authors and copyright holders when using the Site.
4.3.3. Avoid actions that disrupt the normal operation of the Site.
4.3.4. Not distribute confidential information protected by UK law.
4.3.5. Protect the confidentiality of their personal information.

4.3.7. Not use the services for unlawful purposes, including actions that could harm minors or misrepresent information.

5.9. The Site Administration may change the list of Products and services and their prices without prior notice.

5.12. Any documents listed may be updated, with changes taking effect upon publication on the Site.

6. LIABILITY

6.1. The User acknowledges that any losses incurred from violations of this Agreement are not the responsibility of the Site Administration.
6.2. The Site Administration is not liable for:
6.2.1. Delays or failures due to force majeure or system malfunctions.
6.2.2. Issues related to payment systems or banks.
6.2.3. The User's lack of technical means to access the Site.

7. VIOLATION OF THE TERMS OF THE USER AGREEMENT

7.1. The Site Administration may disclose User information if required by UK law.
7.2. The Site Administration may terminate or block access to the Site without prior notice for violations of this Agreement.
7.3. The Site Administration is not liable for any consequences of terminating access due to User violations.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

8.1. Before taking legal action, the parties must submit a claim in writing for resolution.
8.2. The recipient of the claim must respond within 30 days of receipt.
8.3. If the dispute cannot be resolved voluntarily, either party may take legal action under UK law.
8.4. Claims regarding the terms of use must be filed within 5 days of the issue arising, except for copyright protection claims.

9. ADDITIONAL TERMS

9.1. The Site Administration does not accept counter-offers regarding changes to this Agreement.
9.2. User reviews posted on the Site are not confidential and may be used by the Site Administration without restrictions.
